"If abortion is the front line of the healthcare plan, we need to get people to see the trailer, where Dr. Clowes talks about the giant facilities being built by Planned Parenthood.

[Also], we already have 3 distributors interested in seeing it once it is complete. So if we can show there is an interest in the public seeing it in theaters we will have a stronger case to present to them for doing so."
-the director of the documentary BLOOD MONEY [http://www.bloodmoneyfilm.com/] that is to come out sometime in September. Watch the trailer below & PLEASE pass it on!

in response to the death of Dr. Tiller

If you know me at all, you know I am a pro life person. I go to the pro life marches and rallies, I know the facts, ive worked at a pregnancy crisis center & I am not afraid to speak out against abortion. My husband is just as active in the pro life movement as I am. I felt led to write a blog post regarding the murder of "Tiller the Killer" ...Im not here to exploit the murder of late term abortionist Dr. George Tiller & im sure not here to blame the pro life movement for his death. Im not that "so called pro life" guy that is about to go off and tell pro lifers "shame on you" for something some nut job did. Before you read on I would like everyone to watch this short clip below to help you better understand who he was.

(if the video doesnt work, go here: http://www.foxnews.com/oreilly/index.html)

The pro-life movement is going to get hit hard for this. Automatically anyone who opposes abortion is blamed by the liberal media for the death of this man...and it will only get worse with time. They are going to say we are crazy, we bomb clinic ...blah blah blah...well you dont do that right? I dont do that? Im pro life...I dont want these things to happen, I just want children to live...but In response to the lashing out, many pro life advocates will stop speaking out, shut their mouths & avoid the abortion topic. It sickens me because we were finally getting to a point where people were starting to CARE about the unborn, for a while things were looking up, the pro choice movement was losing ground because people were starting to realize abortion for what it is...but then something like this happens & suddenly it's too hard to care about the 4,000 children that are aborted each day. PLEASE I am begging you...do not let the death of this man and the crap we will get from the media make you retreat into the shadows...don't give the pro choice movement what they want- and what they want is for you to shut up. Keep doing what is right, keeping believing what is right. And if you havent started speaking out, START NOW! Just thinking your pro life doesnt count... Stand up & speak out who don't have a voice, those who aren't given the opportunity to fight for their own lives.
"If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you.
If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you."
John 15:18
"Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God"

Two Surveys?! CRAZY!

Im breaking the rules & doing TWO surveys on one blog post...yes TWO! I know, IM CRAZY! or...its called being really bored on a friday night. But truth be told, I really like being bored and not doing anything lol. Im so busy with wedding stuff during the day that at night (while tony's at work until 9:30) I enjoy just staring, reading a book or doing something useless like posting surveys! The funny thing is, I know people find my life entertaining because just in three days this blog has received 150 views, yeah...and I still only have two "followers" ...come on guys, dont be shy...you know your secretly stalking my life, at least make it publicly known...its less creepy that way ;]

Here's a chance to see how well you really know your husband (or in my case, my "soon to be husband"). Cut, paste and fill in the answers, then forward . . . shoot, you know what to do. The real challenge is to send it to your husband to see how right you really are.

1. He's sitting in front of the TV, what is on the screen?
Oh Man vs Wild for sure. He loves that show, so do I...we love it even more because we just watched an episode where Bear Grylls talks about his Christian faith! YES! I totally called it!

2. You're out to eat; what kind of dressing does he get on his salad?
he's really got a thing for vinaigrette lately.

3. What's one food he doesn't like?
vegetables, He likes onions though..but hates stuff like avocado.

4. You go out to eat and have a drink. What does he order?
White Russian for sure. Or some kind of beer like mirror pond.

5. Where did he go to high school?
North Medford

6. What size shoe does he wear?
12

7. If he was to collect anything, what would it be?
probably something to do with sharks or ants. He loves both.

8. What is his favorite type of sandwich?
ham & cheese

9. What would this person eat every day if he could?
Steak

10. What is his favorite cereal?
Funny thing he never buys cereal or eats it?

11. What would he never wear?
tight pants. Tony would never ever ever put on a pair of tight pants even if it was just as a joke. and ya know what, I appreciate that. He's actually a man.

12. What is his favorite sports team?
He's not really into sports.

13. Who did he vote for?
McCain all the waaaay baby! He is the most politically savvy & intelligent person I have ever met.

14. Who is his best friend?
me :D

15. What is something you do that he wishes you wouldn't do?
hahaha leave half full glasses of milk and other beverages around the apartment :/

16. What is his heritage?
Irish, english and some indian.

17. You bake him a cake for his birthday; what kind of cake?
Vanilla cake with chocolate frosting. He's not picky though.

18. Did he play sports in high school?
nope. He's very athletic though.

19. What could he spend hours doing?
talking about politics, physics & morals/values, sleeping...he can sleep anywhere, its insane!

20. What is one unique talent he has?
Terradactyl Scream. Ask him to do it. you'll crap your pants.

Now a survey about me...

i am: always needing God everyday, If i dont i am completely stressed & almost robotic.

i think: people who never want children are just kind of weird...Tony agrees.

i know: i should eat healthier, and I try too but I just see how miserable most women are working out just so they can eat...sorry, I will never be like that. You live once, dont make your life suck because in the end its really not about the size of your waist.

i want: to travel to Ireland, England & Israel with Tony. I know it will happen too.

i have: alot of fears: needles, just the unkown in general, heights, the dark, swimming in lakes/oceans...

i wish: I could have a pet red panda or a baby Siberian tiger...seriously, how cool would that be!?

i hate: when girls compete for friendships...its so juvenile..& its even worse when the mutual friend doesnt realize it.

i miss: the feel, the smell, the sound of the Oregon Coast so bad.

i fear: for the unborn, especially with such a pro choice president, and no one to stand up for the children because God 'chose' Obama right?...yeah.

i feel: always hopeful & joyful when I let the Lord LEAD me.

i hear: the beautiful voice of Damien Rice.

i smell: my victoria's secret pear lotion that has been my favorite for over ten years.

i crave: soda waaay too much! but ive given it up until the wedding...day 3 & going strong.

i search: for God when He's literally sitting right next to me.

i wonder: how many children Tony & I will have? I hope 4 or 5

i regret: that I often let people walk all over me, I am trying to be more honest.

i love: my children that I will have one day. Its crazy how much I love them already.

i care: that you read my blog.

i always: check my closet before I go to sleep.

i am not: going to keep quiet about my faith in Jesus Christ, my morals or my utter disgust for abortion.

i believe: we are small, and God is All-knowing...and realizing that is very humbling. There is so much in this universe that we will never understand because we have tiny brains that can not comprehend things like death, heaven, miracles & time...& until you come to that revelation you will not be content, there will always be a fight. There is so much I am going to ask God when I get to heaven.

i dance: sort of crazy, almost like flailing.

i sing: a lot...i love to sing & Im actually okay at it. I want to join the Rogue Valley Chorale this September.

i don’t always: sleep with the lights off...in fact I never do, I have a little night light in my room.

i fight: a lot better than I used to. Tony has taught me how to say I'm sorry. I never learned that growing up. Communication is key and loving a person is putting down your pride and admitting when you are wrong, that is one of the best things I have ever learned.

i write: verses & quotes in my journal, then later when I read over them God totally speaks to my heart.

i lose: my shoes on a daily bases.

i never: have liked horror films like SAW ...I think my generation is obsessed with murder, torture, rape & sex because of movies like those. I bet satan loves it that way. Its actually scary to me that people pay to watch women get raped & murdered, even if its a movie its still disturbing & should be.

i listen: to Laura Ingraham on talk radio almost everyday. She is one of my role models.

i can usually be found: at target with Emmi.

i am scared: of moths. I share this fear with both of my sisters. What happened during our childhood that made us all so afraid of these harmless furry butterflies?

i need: friends to let me know that I am appreciated, when you have crappy one's for a long time it makes you insecure, but dont worry, I am working on it.

i am happy about: who I am. I feel everyday I become more & more the woman God created me to be, and by doing that I am happier & more content than I have ever been.

dear mr obama

Dear mr. obama:

you will never be my president. You may have been elected but to me you are nothing. No one, and definitely not someone I will EVER call my president. A president is a person who loves and protects this country and those who live in it. Your embarrassment of America, your lack of support for the troops who have GIVEN their lives for the United States, your support and passion for the murdering of innocent life, your betrayal of country by being friends with terrorists, just the plain fact that you are socialist- these are just a few reasons why you are THE LAST PERSON that should be serving as our president.

I am afraid for America.
I am afraid for my children.
I am afraid for me and my families future.
and I am SAD for the babies who will be murdered because of abortion- and the many more that will die through partial birth abortion and born alive act BECAUSE OF YOU MR OBAMA.
It makes me furious that we have elected a man that will pass a bill so that pregnant teens will be able to get abortion behind their parents back at the age of 14.
It makes me terrified that in just a few short month our country will no longer be protected from terrorist like we NEED to be because mr obama does not see that protection needed.
It makes me sick that I live in a country where we murder our children, and we elect a man that supports the murder of these children even outside the womb.

Good God, what have we done.

Everything's Coming Up Roses

today and yesterday were my first days working at Misty's Grill in the Red Lion Hotel. I work 7-2 and I hostess, buss tables and take drink order. Holy effing crap my feet are killing me. When I walk it feels like there are shards of glass in my heels. It suuuuucks. But o well...now im home, and it is only 2:30 and I have the rest of the day. PLUS I made 14 bucks in cash tips! So cool! & when I got this job I was kind of bummed out because I had to work saturday and sunday 5-9 pm which is the only time I have with Tony because he works all week & has weekends off. plus my whole family has weekends off and we always have bbqs or do something fun as a family, and working that shift would have kept me from doing so much with tony and my family...BUT, yesterday my boss offered me tuesday and wednesday 5-9 instead of the weekend shift!!!!!!!!! I almost cried I was so happy! Seriously. That is awesome. And on monday I have no class or work. So I have like a three day weekend every weekend! I was really tempted to not take this job because of the weekend hours. I was kind of depressed about it. I know that 5-9 is like hardly any hours at all but really, that is when my family always gets together and I get to see my sisters and Tony. Basically I was sad. But I really tried to trust God and just put the whole thing out of my mind and just focus on making money. And who would of thought but I believe God totally blessed me for trusting Him. I am beyond happy right now.
AND
I got in a big fight with my 75 year old british writing teacher yesterday. He graded me on a paper based on my view and not my writing skills, and the prompt specifically said it was not going to be graded on your view or opinions. BUT he TOTALLY graded me on my view of evolution vs creation and he even wrote a huge at least two paragraphs about how I am wrong and how evolution is a fact and creation is a religion, which is wrong on both statements. Holy crap, I totally confronted him and we went at it for a good half hour. It was awesome. It felt so good to stand up for my beliefs. He was so flustered and like "freaking out" & I just remained calm and confident in what I was saying. The whole time I was praying that God would give me the words and guidance and He totally did.It was great :)
mmm.and yes, Chevelle (lead singer "pete" in the picture above) is coming to medford June 3rd! WAHOOO!
